The Assistant Retail Manager will support the Dispensary Manager in all aspects of dispensary operations. This includes coaching and developing the staff and providing leadership that will ensure the company's mission is delivered to every customer. As leaders, they represent the company and must be a strong role model by assisting in brand presentation, developing new talent and driving results. The Assistant Retail Manager must be able to maintain and operate the store on their own, as they will act as the Store Manager when the Dispensary Manager is not available.
